Swan Meadow Cottage

*** NEW WOODLAND PRE SCHOOL OPENS 4th January 2016 ***

The craziest ethos to children’s first taste of education is happening right now at Swan Meadow Cottage…

From 6 weeks through to 5 years the children’s journey to excellence has no end. The children lead their own learning through play, exploration, all in the wild outdoors and most of all through fun. The extremely well trained, ambitious practitioners recognise the learning opportunities and enhance the children’s natural world with engagement and early help skills. The practitioners communicate, liaise and advise with all parents and carers.
They invest, and continue to reinvest, in time, effort, and resources. And when they all believe they have reached “Outstanding”, they simply start again….
What more could a child wish for?

Our Nursery Vision

“To care, nurture and love,

To educate beyond and above”

Our mission statement

When a child enters the nurseries

Their journey to excellence has no end.

And so, just like making steps to this vision,

To keep pushing each child’s potential, is our mission.

We will communicate, liaise and advise with all parents and carers.

We will invest, and continue to reinvest, in time, effort, and resources.

And when we all believe we have reached “Outstanding”, we will simply start again….

This has been created with the influence of practitioners, management, parents and carers, children and also visitors.
